I was suffering IBS for very long time, since my teenage years. I didn't know it was IBS, just recently about month ago, when all my blood tests were negative, and Dr suggested Low Food Map diet and I decided to try it. A bit sceptical, but within a few days my stomach got significantly less bloated, the discomfort of heaviness disappeared, my stool improved, wind disappeared, mood improved and energy increased. After years of suffering I feel great and the hard work pays of.
I am managing it with just with Low Food Map diet, exercise and yoga.
So what is the steps if you are diagnosed with IBS?
Blood and stool tests:
1. Because IBS often goes hand in hand with another metabolic problems and medical conditions, so proper blood and other tests should be made to exclude one of the most common culprits: stomach bug (H Pyroli), higher blood sugar, Hypoglicemia, Thyroid, Colitis, Ulcers, Coeliac desease, Gluten/lactose intolerance, PCOS, Low Iron/anemia, kidney function, bowel cancer, minerals and other vitamin deficiencies, Chronic fatigue syndrome, Chronic prostatitis, Fibromilalgia.
Low FODMAP diet:
2. The internet doesn't offer much informations on Low Food Map diet and the most reliable source is Monash University in Austraia. They have website, videos and App. I did my research based on their latest discovery, discussions and forums with IBS sufferers and of course on myself. Here is a list of IBS friendly food that is monthly updated.
Please have in mind that each of us is unique, especially when it comes to metabolism.

Have you been blocked by Gumtree? How to get over Gumtree
Gumtree is not as it used to be. A few years ago many categories were completely free but they closed them and charge for most of them. Which would be fine, because it's a business after all and their way how to make money. But they charge ridiculous amount of money which most people can't afford. And if you have a business and most of the profit comes from Gumtree, as it's amost popular trading site in UK, you may realise, that in order to get most of it, and to keep up with other sellers, you have to use some tricks. As do others. That means post as often as you can, to many categories as you can, to as many locations as you can. Then it's just a matter of time before they block you because- they want you to pay. If you pay, they don't care if you spam or break rules even laws. Its a pure pure business.
So now we are going to talk about what will happen if they block you, or how to post several adverts without stoping you. Please don't take me too seriously as their security system is constantly developing and getting better.
1.Find and instal VPN service. There are some good ones which offer free trial for a few days to try it and you can choose your country and even city. Thats what you need because Gumtree is blocking (depending on category) IP'soutside of location. You can find Torrent version to get copy. Don't bother with proxy or Tor with bridges, it's unreliable, slow and waste of time.
2. Open new account on Hotmail, Yahoo or other known portal
3. Connect to VPN, choose the IP, check it in Trace my IP if it works incl. location
4. Delete cookies, catches, history
5. Open Firefox ( that one seems to work well for me)
6. Open new account on Gumtree and comfirm the email. Don't type your old number, use any other.
7. Post the advert and use your new number or if you want use the old one, write it in words (seven, seven, zero..) or put in headline using some marks [{// before and after the number as system can't catch it. You can be also creative and make some pic in Photoshop with your number in it, but not sure how long its gonna stay there before they find out ;-)
8. You should use different content, headline and picture then before because otherwise they can find you and the system will block you automatically. If you wanna risk it, you still can use the same content just slightly replace a few words and systemwon't find it.
-If it doesn't go live, it can be for various reasons: Your VPN doesn't work or it picked up wrong IP address which was considered as 'suspicious', some keywords in content were considered as breaking rules (depends on category). Then you have to open another new account.
If you want to post regulary you have to bear in mind that system allows up to 3 posts from one account or IP address and each post with it's original content. Therefore make each advert in different account with different IP address, and each one to different category preferably with each different picture.
Sometimes it goes 'live' but it wasn't published. Sometimes it goes online straight away, sometimes it goes trough human checking, esspecially in particular categories where people post a lot of mess. Or it can go published but then you find out it was deleted. Rather than try it over and over in one category, it's better to find another free categories as well and adjust the contect to it a bit. If you are not sure to which ones, you can put in the search window the name of your business and check where other people post it as most of them use other free rubrics as well.
It is time consuming to regulary keep several ads up and you may consider to pay for someone else to do it, so you can focus on your business. Maybe you can also consider another alternative to Gumtree. Here is a list of (mainly UK) advertisement websites.
